LOL. We understand! Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson have been navigating a tough time …
Khloé the spy
… and on this week’s episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, the new mum admitted that she’s been keeping an eye on Tristan via FaceTime … and her eight-month-old daughter True’s baby monitor.
“Oh you’re feeding the baby,” Khloé says as she FaceTime’s the pair.
“Look at mommy! Hi mama! How’s she doing?” Khloé asks.
“Good, we just started,” Tristan says.
“This is my very first day back at work, ever since being on maternity leave,” Khloé says to the camera.
“Thank you for being such a good dad with her,” she then tells Tristan. “Okay, babe I’ll check on you in a little bit.”
“All I can do is think about True,” Khloé says in a piece to camera, “and wanting to be with her and what am I missing.”

“I have a tonne of anxiety thinking about spending the night away from True,” Khloé admits, “but I know she’s going to be at home with her dad and in the best place possible … she’s just not with me.”
Later we see her with her makeup team and business partner.
“How cute is this?” Khloé coos holding up her phone. “It’s how I monitor the baby. I’m spying. I feel bad.”
“Does he know you can watch?” Good American co-founder Emma Grede asks presumably looking at True and Tristan on screen via Khloé’s baby monitor app.
“Hmmm. Wee-eee-llll” Khloé says noncommittally.
“That’d be a no then,” Emma laughs.

“It’s just hard not being at home”
Later in this episode, we see Khloé take a red-eye flight to New York for an event for her Good American fashion label at Times Square.
“I’m fine. It’s just hard not being home,” Khloé tells Emma.
At a Q&A that follows, the host says “We’re all here to talk about baby True.”
“I wish you were surprising me with her coming out,” Khloé admits in front of the assembled audience, “because it was my first time ever not sleeping with her last night.”
“I know this Good American launch is such a huge thing for my company and myself and it’s a positive thing, but all I’m thinking about True and is she okay and how did she sleep last night. So. I just feel very anxious.”
FaceTime is ace time
A little later in the episode, we see Khloe in Seattle for an appearance at department store Nordstrom. She FaceTimes baby True for a catch-up on the run.
“Hi! Hi girl! You’re so cute mama! I miss you!” she coos into the phone as her baby girl stares into the lens. “We’re not gonna smile? You just don’t like to talk to me on FaceTime?”
“Only Tristan she likes on FaceTime,” Khloé tells her staff.
“Send me more pictures later,” she says to True and Tristan, “and I hope you guys have a good evening. Bye mama! I love you!”
These torn feelings are relatable ones for most new parents … and we suspect this covert baby monitor use might not be just a Khloé thing ..!
