Getting ripped from your sleep night after night is torturous, so get whatever you need to soften the blow. Maybe it's some fluffy rabbit slippers, or a purple bathrobe, or an eye mask with gold pompoms. Whatever it is, keep it close and you will laugh in the face of that 4am feed.
