Swoon! Prince Harry just called the royal baby the CUTEST name

Just when we thought we were almost getting used to the idea of an incoming royal tot, Prince Harry’s shaken up our baby fatigue with an adorable nickname pro-move. *shakes fist*

The royal baby says “thank you”

In the final days of their Australia-South-Pacific-New-Zealand tour, Harry busted out a speech at a national park. He name-checked the royal bub in the cutest way and thanked New Zealand on the baby’s behalf.

“From myself and my wife and our little bump, we are so grateful to be here,” the Duke of Sussex said.

Across the globe, royal fans sobbed in delight at this cute mention – and at the infant’s already lovely manners. In fact it’s likely Meg and Harry’s “little bump” will enter the world saying “Excuse me, Mummy. Thanks for having me!”

Thankfully Meghan and Harry’s first big tour together is almost done and dusted, and the mum-to-be can hopefully get a little rest. While some scoffed at the idea that their 16-day schedule looked anything like a proper job, the truth is that they’ve worked really hard and Meg’s done it all with a baby on board.

She must be utterly knackered and looking forward to a few days off. We’re hoping that they’ll leave NZ and head somewhere warm and private to recover and regroup.

“The Duchess Scoop”

While Meghan did scale her appearances back a little in response to pregnancy fatigue, what she didn’t scale back was her bump hugging. Truth be told, she practiced it every day, scooping a hand around her growing baby whenever the opportunity arose.

While – WEIRDLY!! – she’s received criticism for cradling her baby bump too much, we could not love it more. Not only is she obviously a) stoked to be pregnant, and b) acutely aware of her changing body … she’s also c) possibly relieved to have a little pal to share her new Duchess role with.

Here’s a bunch of brilliant times Meg and her little bump buddy adventured together on tour:
