“I’m very pregnant today!”

“The Duchess of Sussex this morning visited The Royal Variety Charity’s residential nursing and care home Brinsworth House,” Kensington Palace reps explained on Instagram.

During this engagement, the Duchess told one Brinsworth House resident she was “very well” noting that “I’m very pregnant today!”

Photos of this visit show the Duchess looking resplendent in a white floral dress and warm Winter coat. But it’s not the outfit people are talking about so much as the bump within. Indeed it’s coming along nicely and people are now suspecting that Missy Higgins’ hot tip about the Duchess being more pregnant than initially thought is pretty spot on.

“The Spring of 2019”

The royals officially spilled the news that Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry were expecting a baby on the first day of the pair’s Australian tour in mid-October.

“Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019,” the palace posted back then.

“Their Royal Highnesses have appreciated all of the support they have received from people around the world since their wedding in May and are delighted to be able to share this happy news with the public.”

“Due sometime in March”?

Spring in the UK runs from March through to May, when it’s Autumn in Australia.

As these new photos of Meghan circulate one punter suggested that the language used about her pregnancy has been a little … loose.

“They said she just went into her third trimester,” one person said of the Sussex pregnancy announcement. “It’s confusing because when they announced her pregnancy, they said she had a check up ‘at 3 months’ and that all was well. They didn’t say she was 3 months along when they announced it. The guess is that she is due sometime in March.”

“How sweet would twins be?”

Others weren’t concerned with the details, they just wanted to talk about the dimensions of her belly!

“I can’t believe how fast she’s growing,” a commenter posted.

“A lot further on in her pregnancy than is made out,” another wrote.

“She’s having a girl – look at high that belly is!” someone else asserted.

And that talk of twins is back with a vengeance, too …

“Are we sure there is just one baby in there? That bump looks rather big if she’s only in her 2nd trimester. How sweet would twins be?”
