“Happiness does not do it justice. What better day to announce that it will soon be me and my 3 girls! #BetterBuildAManCave” Sam posted alongside an adorable video that perfectly captures this couple’s delight. Sob!
The Bachelor’s insta-family – Sam, Snez and her 11-year-old daughter Eve – are set to welcome a new baby into their world, announcing the exciting news via social media, befittingly on Mother’s Day.
The couple – who met and fell in love on the 2015 series of The Bachelor – have managed to keep quite a significant baby bump under wraps, with Snez appearing to be 5 or 6 months along, already. In contrasting posts on social media, Snez posted an ethereal, glamorous shot of her and Eve, all floaty gowns and baby bump snuggles.
“We’re so excited to be able to let the world know that our little family of 3 is soon to become 4 : @samjameswood you are going to make an incredible father : Thank you to @vicky_papas_vergara for capturing this beautiful moment. #HappyMothersDay,” Snez wrote.
Sam, on the other hand, shared a multiple choice, pregnancy-themed quiz to Instagram with a shot of a pasta-dotted Snez to illustrate.
“Snez …. a) has just eaten a bowl of pasta bigger than her head : b) can’t do up her pants : c) is having a BABY!!! d) all of the above #theanswerisd #happymothersday #soexcited” he captioned the cute shot.
Snez and Sam have been engaged since 2015 – and rumours have been swirling about a possible Bachie baby for quite some time.
“We spoke openly about both wanting children — more children in Snez’s case, obviously. I think it’s important to be on the same page with these big picture, long-term things, and we definitely are. But that doesn’t mean we want to have kids tomorrow,” Sam told Pop Sugar Australia back in January.
Just a few months down the track, it’s obvious that Snez was almost certainly already pregnant when he spilled those beans. PLOT TWIST!
It’s pretty clear that they’re more than ready for this new addition, though. Sam’s relishing his newfound parent status, telling Pop Sugar that Eve was “up for adventure, you know? She likes new adventures and new challenges, so she’s excited by it.” (And EVE is the perfect illustration of her mum’s parenting smarts!)
We’re thinking a brand new baby will take the adventure and challenge game to a whole new delightful next-level and could not be happier for this cute family!
Congratulations Snez, Sam and Eve!
