Is it hot in here? If you are pregnant, then yes. One of the downsides of a boost in blood circulation is an increase in your body temperature. This means your skin will be prone to redness, flushing, perspiration and well, an overall puffy or swollen look. Keep drinking water though as your skin will benefit from the hydration.
