Two under two: Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo welcome their second baby
Model Behati Prinsloo and Maroon 5 frontman, Adam Levine, have welcomed their second child – a little sister for the pair’s 16-month-old daughter Dusty.

Adam’s rep apparently spilled the beans to People Magazine, although little is yet known about this brand new baby girl.
“Adam Levine and his wife Behati Prinsloo have welcomed their second child, a daughter named Gio Grace Levine, his rep confirms to People exclusively,” the magazine says.
Gio is a shortened version of names like Giovanna or Gioia, and seems like a blinking excellent choice for any fresh little person. Gioia (pronounced JOY-ah) is an Italian name meaning “joy”. Giovanna is the feminine version of Giovanni, meaning “God is gracious”.

Others were predictably less positive about the pair’s choice. Because it’s the internet! Plenty of people decided the couple had chosen “a boy’s name” and were keen to have their protests heard. There’s also apparently a car model called a “Geo” and punters were quick to ignore the Levine’s chosen spelling and draw parallels to that, too.
“Last time I checked, Geo and Dusty were BOYS name!!” a gender-stereotype admirer posted.
“That literally was the name of my sisters first car. A geo storm!” another said.
“Geo Grace. What the heck. It’s their kid but wow. Maybe she’ll go by Gracie,” someone else offered.
Sigh.
Dude, where’s my toes?
Behati announced her second pregnancy in September last year, as Dusty turned one. She shared a selfie revealing her baby bump, captioning the photo with a short and sweet “ROUND 2…..”
More recently the now mum-of-two shared a photo of herself in the final weeks of her pregnancy, admitting that she was eager to meet her baby and shift into this next stage of parenting.
“Two babies in two years, I’m excited to see my toes again,” Behati wrote and anyone who’s felt like they’ve been pregnant – or breastfed – for years nodded in solidarity.

Adam appeared on Ellen in November, waxing lyrical about Behati’s mum skills and chatting about his new dad life.
“She’s awesome,” Adam said of his wife. “She’s like a champion of the world. She’s killing it. You wouldn’t know she was seven months pregnant. God bless her.”
He also said they were keen to keep adding to their brood, with dreams of a very, very big family.
“I want a lot. I thrive in chaos. We love it,” Adam explained. “[Behati] was an only child,” he added. “So she wants like 100 babies. But I don’t know if I could do that.”
One hundred babies does seem a little excessive, so we can’t blame him for being a leeetle reluctant to comply!
