Maybe you want to go a little bit aristocratic and bang a hyphen in the middle of your kiddo's name. Add an EXTRA name, for good measure?! Ruby grows to Ruby-May. Billy becomes Billy-Joe or Lily could be Lily-Ann, for instance.
