Mobile phones are a part of life. Most of us use them for most things. Booking exercise classes, banking, messaging friends, answering work emails. The list is endless. Having the ability to do so many things in one place means that most of us are never very far from our phones. This can mean having phones at the dinner table or when you’re hanging out with your kids.
Derek McCormack from the Parenting Research Centre says that there are some very simple ways we can create healthy tech habits within our families, and it starts with (you guessed it) parents.
