Amy Taylor-Kabbaz is a journalist and mother of three who wanted to know why motherhood had turned her world upside down.

After her first child was born she started researching everything she could to find the root cause of why so many women still feel isolated and confused when they become mothers.

Now her eldest has turned twelve, she’s discovered a new line of study called matrescence, and it’s clarified so many things that were confusing. She’s written all about it in her latest book Mama Rising.
