Nope. There was once a hugely widespread tradition of putting babies in their prams and popping them out in the garden or on the street. Perhaps you’ve seen it on Call The Midwife or similar?
We now know that it’s a risky business and advise you to keep your baby out of harm’s way – and in the care of someone responsible. Not in the care of a rose bush or the family dog.
