For many of us, catching our daily dose of Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan during their Australian tour has been near the top of our to-dos. There have been a multitude of special royal moments on our shores, but one in particular has caught our eye – especially when we realised it has a connection to Princess Diana.

A new hand-holding style is born. I call it super PDA – I know you're here, I love you. I'm into you baby. ? ? When your man loves to touch your hand with full skin-to-skin contact, it simply means he loves you a lot and can't do without you. Lol ? Harry, please keep showing the world how a man should properly treat and love his woman. Can't get enough of these two. .. .. . Tag your friends to see this. .. . . .. … .. ⛔ Commenters of rude comments, offensive and hateful speech will be permanently BLOCKED…⛔ .. .. … … .. .. … .. … … .. .. … .. .. #royaltour #princeharry #meghanmarkle #duchessofsussex #dukeofsussex #britishroyal #uk #Sydney #duchessofcambridge #england #royal #kateMiddleton #fashion #truelove #Dubbo #london #Australia #PrinceWilliam #travel #SerenaWilliam #britishroyal #beauty #fashion #britishroyalfamily #losangeles #couplegoals #tonga #fiji #melbourne #RoyalVisitAustralia #Dubbo #RoyalTourAustralia #Royalbaby

Double-decker handwich

On Thursday, Harry and Meghan popped into Melbourne’s Government House to meet community leaders and dignitaries. They then pushed on to inner-city Fitzroy, where they were scheduled to have an under-the-radar lunch at social enterprise restaurant, Charcoal Lane.

It was in the street-art filled laneway next to the restaurant that Harry proved – yet again – that he’s following in his mum’s footsteps.

As he held hands with Meghan (as newlyweds are wont to do) he curled his free arm behind his back and went in for a very advanced two-handed handhold. #ProMove

Hand holding 2.0

Video of the moment quickly went viral across Instagram, as royal watchers swooned over this cute show of love.

“PDA has reached a whole entire new level,” one admirer wrote on Instagram.

“I think it’s beautiful … more men need to take note on how to shower your mate with love and respect. (Mic drop)” another posted.

“This is absolutely the sweetest thing I’ve seen between two people in a long time,” one royal fan sobbed.

“Goosebumps. No words.”

Several days later a very sweet side-by-side photo popped up on Instagram thanks to lifestyle site, PopSugar

The side-by-side shot comprises a) a photo of Meg and Harry holding hands, and b) a throwback image of a pre-teen Prince Harry walking with his mum, Princess Diana.

In the throwback photo, mother and son are holding hands … and guess what? Diana is also busting out the very same two-handed handhold, clutching young Harry’s hand behind her back.

Needless to say, Meg and Harry fans went a little bit wild – and possibly got a wee bit teary too. #I’mNotCryingYou’reCrying

They responded with optimism and a lot of emotion …

“Both princes are very caring, just like their Mum,” one Instagram user wrote.

“This is beautiful. In fact everything about them is beautiful. Nobody can ever say they are not real,” another royal fan posted.

“Omg! I’m totally covered in goosebumps. No words,” someone else gushed and honestly? Same-freaking-same.

Bump Watch is GO!

Meghan and Harry – and their hands – have now left Australia and flown on to Fiji where the Duchess’ bump has well and truly emerged.

Official word from Kensington Palace is for a ‘spring arrival. But as you may know, we’re predicting a very late March 2019 arrival for Baby Sussex – courtesy of a since semi-retracted tip from Missy Higgins.

From the look of Meg’s brilliant bump our guesstimate is possibly more accurate than we had imagined.

We very much look forward to more pro hand-holding moves when they return to Australia shortly.
