We presented some incredible parenting-related news posts last month – articles that infuriated Babyologists, got our online community talking, and had you all laughing. From tongue-in-cheek advice for parents to articles on victimised breastfeeding mums, June had it all.
Our most popular June news post was a beauty all about living in a house full of boys. Our 10 sanity-saving rules for raising boys had thousands of us nodding in agreement. All hail Lord Doodle.
News that a breastfeeding mum had been shamed by a man who’d secretly taken a photo of her feeding her baby, and shared it on social media, raised the ire of Babyologists. Our uplifting post on what a bang-up job parents are doing raising their kids was also a hit. If you’re having a bad day with the kids, take five minutes to read it, and we promise you’ll have a smile on your face.
In a month when we shared several posts on breastfeeding, one of the most popular was this gem, which features a couple of brilliant breastfeeding song clips. Again, a great post to banish a bad day.
Rounding off our top five news posts for June, was the clever car seat accessory that’s being developed with an aim to stop ‘forgotten child syndrome’. We’re hoping this potentially life-saving gadget will soon be manufactured.
