Top five news and feature posts in November

The perils of parenting never end and November has certainly proven this is the case. This month on our news and features front we covered topics from pregnancy shaming to bedtime battles (and everything in between). What had us all chatting, crying and laughing out loud last month? Come and take a look.

First off the mark is our funny feature on ways to get your children to stay in their own bed all night long (or die trying). The advice might not be super helpful, but it had us all giggling, especially the ‘obstacle course of comfort’.

Next is an incredible story about little Harrison, who defied all odds and survived (and continues to thrive three years later) after being told he was brain dead at three weeks of age. Come and read his incredible story that proves miracles happen every single day.

A tragic story about the death of toddler from a deadly parasite lurking in the water served as a sad reminder of just how important it is to be wary with water if living in rural Australia. Little Cash died after contracting a deadly and extraordinarily rare parasite, known as Naegleria fowleri, and his parents have spoken up with an important message.

Our final top news feature of the month touches on a very touchy subject – shaming television presenters during their pregnancy. It’s been happening for years and these presenters have had enough. And we can’t agree more.
