Introducing a new baby into the family can be tough on older siblings. If only they were all like this adorable toddler crying happy tears at the sight of an ultrasound of her unborn baby sister.
Two-year-old Myla I’Anson hugs and kisses the screen and through sobs the UK tot can be heard telling her mum “I love her so much”.
The video posted to Youtube by mum Carly Tansley has been viewed more than 100,000 times.
She has always been adamant we were having a baby girl as she’s always wanted a sister,” Carly tells the Mirror.
“She’s a proper girly girl and she loves all of her princesses and everything pink. I will definitely show her the video when they’re fighting and pulling each other’s hair.”
Carly was preparing the video of her 16-week scans to share with family when Myla made her entrance crying and rubbing her eyes before being reassured by mum, “you’re going to see her soon… you little cutie pie.”
Carly says the emotional reaction from Myla was surprising, touching and kind of funny.
“I really wasn’t expecting it. It made me well-up, but I was laughing too because it really affected her,” she says.
“It was heart-warming. She is quite an emotional child.”
Toddlers can be very entertaining as their little personalities emerge such as Miles Carr, whose make-believe play and beloved truck inspired his mum to create a gorgeous photo series.
