I have a son who is obsessed with monsters. Not petrified, not even one ounce fearful – he adores them. If your kids do too, then they’ll surely wear these amazing Little Monsters tees loud and proud!
You’ve got to love a piece of children’s clothing that puts a smile on your face. And if that’s the reaction from adults, kids are only going to love the clothing more. These great graphic Little Monsters t-shirts are the result of an exclusive collaboration between textile brand Goodship and New York-based illustrator Matthew Langille.
Late last year the Melbourne office of Goodship (which was started by Brooklyn-based New Zealand designer Julie Maclean) opened, with the intention of locally manufacturing and printing small production runs.
But back to the monsters. They get a bad wrap most of the time. But I do like the idea of making them less scary and more fun by incorporating them into clothing. They are all beautifully drawn, and the tees are bold – think cobalt, yellow and red.
Tees are available in sizes two-three, four, six and eight. And the even littler monsters don’t miss out, because Goodship will be launching printed toddler onesies and tees in July. The t-shirts start at $25 for white, or $35 for the bright colours.
