We often have our fabulous readers to thank for steering us towards something they know fits right into the Babyology ethos, so today we’re tipping our hats to Sarah for introducing us to the delights of Sailor Sam.
This beautiful, nautical-inspired clothing range is designed and made in Sydney by a mother and daughter duo, who source contemporary and vintage cottons, trims and buttons to make their wares. This ensures that each item is unique – a one-of-a-kind.
Each piece of clothing comes with a “sailor story”, describing where each element of the garment was sourced from.
We’re suckers for a cute romper and Sailor Sam makes some stunners. With a unique nautical edge and in the most divine fabrics, there’s always a new style on the go. The rompers cost $70.
In addition to the Sailor Sam clothing range (which is made for newborns through to three-year-olds), there’s also a nautical nursery collection – which has one-off pieces made from vintage trims and appliqués – like bunting ($50) and cushions ($50).
