I have a confession – my baby’s bibs are all basic value-pack ones from IKEA that I bought for something like $3 for a pack of five. At the time my thinking was, ‘why bother spending money on something that’s just used for catching spit up food and vomit?’ Now that I have a reflux baby who has to wear a bib outdoors most days, I wish I’d purchased something a little more friendly on the eye, such as these cute bibs from Rikrak available at Fawn&Forest.
The reversible bibs, US$21, feature a modern take on retro patchwork with a solid coloured back and they’re quilted, just like grandma would make. And although they’re intended for babies three months or older, the generous sizing and adjustable tie closures mean these bibs will still fit toddlers so you get more bang for your buck.
Fawn and Forest generally ship only within the US, but they can sometimes be swayed if contacted via email.
