Monkey Swimmers are the world’s slimmest adjustable armbands and in my opinion, possibly the smartest. Click through to see why!
Monkey Swimmers have a layered design that lets parents control the buoyancy so children become confident in the water while gradually being weaned off reliance on the armband.
Each armband is made using four stacked rings, as your child gains water confidence a ring can be removed, reducing buoyancy. You can continue to remove the rings until the armbands are no longer relied on for taking a dip!
The Satellite Expansion Chamber design – that’s a fancy name for the bit that grips around the child’s arms – exceeds Australian swimming product safety standards, and allows a safe, snug fit for children aged from one year through to six. The super soft foam material used is completely safe and free of any nasty chemicals and you can even send them back to be recycled when your kids are done using them.
Monkey Swimmers come packaged in a handy waterproof lined swimming bag with a fun story book and progress chart. Each set costs $20 from Monkey Swimmers, with Australian delivery an extra $10.
