When the incredible worlds of pattern and baby knitwear collide, we’re right there to soak up all the cosy baby goodness. Lucky for us, there’s a new baby knitwear designer in town. Introducing Miann and Co.
You might remember Miann and Co when it was La De Dah Kids, purveyor of beautiful crochet keepsake rattles, blankets and rugs. The brand was recently reborn as Miann and Co, and we love the knitwear that’s been added to the offering.
The clothing collection has a great range of basic, unisex styles, like romper suits ($59.95), jumpers, harem pants ($39.95), and cute little bloomers and vests ($45). The colour palette is neutral, so mixing and matching outfits is simple. A pair of criss-cross harem pants is sweet with the Bunny Jumper, or the Fish Baby Suit looks great with the Spot Beanie in navy, pink and white.
There are girlish pieces, like the grey stars on pink pants or the pink vest, but boy babies can rock pink if they want, so we say anything goes.
All the knitwear pieces are made of 100 per cent premium super fine cotton, so it’s soft rather than scratchy. Special clothes are always a little more high maintenance, and these knit garments need to be washed on gentle and hung to dry.
Miann and Co’s full winter knitwear collection is available online, and shipping in Australia is free on orders over $150.
