cake occasions cake design 101 class

Cake Occasions is offering a spot in a Cake design 101 class to one
lucky Sydney reader. The class is valued at $300 and includes all
tools, materials and tuition. Classes will be held on Sunday June 14th,
21st and Sunday July 26th 10am – 4pm.

Learn how to make spectacular cakes from one of Sydney’s leading cake designers Christopher Chavez. Cake Occasions Cake Design studio is now hosting cake design classes in their Paddington, Sydney studio. Beginners can learn how to make a round gift box with icing ribbon or a novelty Spiderman mask and those at an intermediate level can learn how to make a two tier square cake. Classes run from 10 am till 4pm on a Sunday and have only four people per class.

The first half of the class is dedicated to learning the techniques to set up and cover the cake and the final half of the class is dedicated to decorating. Classes cost between $300 and $400 and details can be viewed on their website.
