Kvadrat Clouds – billowy beauties

kvadratclouds.jpg

These would make for a surreal sight in an ultra-hip home. Looking much like growths (rather pretty ones at that), these
Kvadrat Clouds will make an
astonishing feature on any wall. I can imagine them on ceilings, on living room walls, and yes, even in nurseries created by
very forward-looking parents, who don’t mind challenging the eye of traditionalists.

You can create your own vision with these artistic tiles which you
piece together however you wish. You can rearrange when you want to
try something different – they’re held together with clever rubber
bands so the form is never permanent and always amenable to change.
Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec are the ingenious award-winning designers
behind the clouds, which have caught the attention of design
blogs globally.

The clouds are available in boxes of 8 or 24, complete with
mounting screws and the special type of rubber bands required for
attaching the clouds together. There is a range of colour combinations
over two colour palettes – ‘Divina’ and ‘Tempo’. Throw a
whole heap of combinations together or stick with a strict colour
scheme. The sky really is the limit with what you can create with the
Kvadrat Clouds!

Most of the stockist sites are in other languages, so it would be best
to email direct about how you can procure some clouds.
