A surprising one in twenty children are born with some form of genetic fault that can lead to genetic diseases including leukaemia, muscular dystrophy, cystic fibrosis & epilepsy. Jeans for Genes Day is the major fundraiser of the CMRI, an independent organisation committed to unlocking the mysteries of genetic diseases.
This year Kimberley-Clark have released limited edition Huggies Nappies with Denim Designs to encourage everyone, including toddlers, to get involved. Toddlers are now able to take their place alongside their jeans-wearing parents showing their support for children’s health.
The Huggies Nappies with Denim Designs have been released in different styles for boys and girls. These limited edition nappies are an Australian first and will only be available in the lead up to Jeans for Genes Day, this Friday.
By purchasing the Denim Design nappeis, you will support Kimberley-Clark’s contribution of $200,000 towards the CMRI and help to find a cure for genetic diseases.
See the Huggies website for lots more ways you can get involved.
