It’s a wipe-out at Little Red Bear

When I first discovered Etsy, it was a little overwhelming. So many beautiful things, so little on-line time! So it’s great to be pointed in the direction of fabulous finds. Enter Little Red Bear, a Melbournian mum creating charming soft toys, blankets and very clever reusable wipes.

I’m a big fan of reusable wipes. Pre-kids, I would never have thought I would use so many face washers, hankies, tissues, wet-ones and wipes -what handbag is complete without wipes?

Soft, absorbent and chemical free, Little Red Bear reusable wipes are much kinder to our earth than disposables. When you’re done cleaning up one mess, throw them in the wash and they’ll soon be ready for the next messy challenge. Better yet, there are lots of cute designs available, including marching turtles, trucks and animals on safari.

Whilst you’re at Little Red Bear, check out the range of soft toys. The unusual Smiley Teeth make a different (but I’m sure satisfying) teething toy. There’s also Oscar the Patch Bear, the very hip and huggable Shelley Huggy Bunny and Charlie the Cat pillow. I never thought I’d be a cat owner but Charlie could change my mind!

Like many Etsy handcrafters, most of Little Red Bear’s creations are one of a kind. The reusable wipes are $10 for a pack of four and the soft toys range from $10 to $30. Postage within Australia is a tiny $3.
