Haciendo el Indio make quaint prints, textiles, dolls and jewellery, all featuring gorgeous pictures of little people. The water-ink printed fabrics are just delicious and are made into handy items such as clothing protectors called Maxibibs for babies and kids up to 3+, and bags great for taking to the pool or library.
Haciendo el Indio hails from Spain, the brainchild of Cristina Serrano, an illustrator and designer who swapped her urban life for a calmer one near the Mediterranean. The arrival of her own children inspired her to create pretty things for kids that captured the essence of their innocent life stories thus far.
Haciendo el Indio happily ships abroad. Dolls start at €26, Maxibibs are €18, artworks are €8 to €25 and jewellery from €16 to €36.
