There are basically two types of pregnant women. Those like me that turn into couch-mamas, with incredible morning sickness in the first half of their pregnancies and incredible fatigue for the rest. Then there are those that sail through the early months with nary a dry retch and are able to keep up their exercise routines until the day they give birth. Ladies, this post is for you.
The Fit For Mum range of exercise wear for expectant mums has just been launched in Australia, with tops that promise not to ride up to expose your tum and pants that won’t dig into your growing belly. Designed by Babyology fans (and mums) Lynda Rosenberg and Rene Logan, we love how their exercise wear hugs your baby bump but smooths over those other lumps you’d prefer to keep hidden! We also love how each piece is designed and made right here in Australia.
Tops have built-in bras, tummy support panels and breathable mesh fabric panels under the arms to help prevent overheating during exercise (so important during pregnancy). Pants have double fabric panels that can be worn over the belly for extra support or folded down underneath. Wear them at the gym, the park, or when you hit that “nothing else fits me” stage.
The range is available exclusively online, with pants starting at $99 and tops at $139. Delivery anywhere in Australia is an extra $9.95.
