He’s charming. He’s rugged. And he dances like a champion. Check out our exclusive sneak peek of newest Play School presenter Eddie Perfect strutting his stuff to the Teddy Bear Twist.
We knew this day would come ever since ABC Kids announced their perfect addition to Play School. And we are so happy to see Eddie Perfect dressed down and dancing along with his new mates on Play School.
The multi-talented stage and screen writer, composer and performer is probably best known for his role of Mick Holland in Offspring. But the 37-year-old is also Dad to two children and he plans on using his pretend play skills to craft up some pretty amazing things on the hit children’s television series.
“I hope you’ll join me to dance, sing, twist and twirl all over the living room. It’s going to be so much fun,” Perfect says. “Oh, and by the way… when it comes to windows, I’m an arched window guy all the way.”
Perfect’s first official day on the job will be 18 May 2015 when Play School’s “Round and Round” series kicks off.
If your children are among the 80 per cent of Australian kids under the age of six that like to get down and boogie with the Play School crew, then you will welcome the new presenter with open arms (and perhaps a little bit of drool).
Check out Perfect on Play School weekdays on ABC Kids at 9:30am, 12:30pm and 3:30pm and twice daily on the weekend at 9:30am and 3:30pm.
