Counting to ten pops with Numero

Ready for a counting book that literally pops with numbers?

From designer Marion Bataille, comes Numero, a pop-up counting book.

There are no photographs or rows of colourful items to count in Numero. Instead, Bataille cleverly shows how the most basic shapes—just a single line and a circle—become the building blocks for every number. Numero begins with zero and as you turn each page, the numbers morph, all the way to ten. Educational and also a little work of paper-engineering art.

Find Numero online at Book Depository which ships free to Australia.

Katrina studied planning and design, did the hard yards working in a big office building and then traded it all in for a relaxing (!) life at home with four children. She now fills her time with writing, completing a degree in genetics and taxiing her children around Melbourne to their various sporting commitments (not necessarily in that order).
