Actress Charlize Theron has copped a barrage of online abuse for allowing her son Jackson to wear a dress and Princess Elsa wig.
The adorable five-year-old is not the first boy to express a love for Disney princesses but online bullies have taken to Twitter to condemn the Mad Max star’s parenting style.
Some have even questioned if Charlize is fit to be raising Jackson and his little sister August, who were both adopted by the Hollywood star and her ex partner actor Sean Penn.
“I am disgusted with you, and I hope the system takes this innocent child away from you,” one hater wrote.
Shame on Charlize Theron for allowing her black adopted SON to dress up in a blonde wig & a dress. Very unacceptable pic.twitter.com/TTXctDo8jo

But thankfully, among the hurtful comments, there were plenty of love and support for Charlize and her decision to embrace her child’s creativity and interest.
“I think that it is absolutely FABULOUS!!! Charlize has an amazing CHILD!!!” one supporter wrote.
And, while Charlize chose to ignore the haters, there were plenty of people willing to fight back on her behalf.

Unfortunately Charlize is not the only one to cop abuse from online bullies who hide behind their computer screens, just last week Australia’s own television presenter Rebecca Judd was the victim of online trolls.
