There’s an ever-growing choice of organic clothing for children, which is no bad thing. Not only are less nasty chemicals being used, it also means that the most gorgeous lines are being created – just like these two beauties.
Bora Bora Baby and Earthnoodles are both from American art director-turned-designer Agnes Ann Ingram. She set up Earthnoodles first, then came up with the Bora Bora line whilst on honeymoon in, you’ve guessed it, the South Pacific.
Both collections feature the cutest organic cotton onesies and tees. With great graphics printed using environmentally friendly inks, the Earthnoodles range features animals doing something “refreshingly random”. So you have a hedgehog wearing earphones and a bunny blowing bubbles! Each design is a one of a kind and the plan is to keep adding new items.
The Bora Bora Baby range is inspired by the beauty of the ocean so there’s the quirky use of sea creatures like blowfish and seahorses. They’re really quite different and sure to raise a smile. What’s more, Agnes donates a portion of profits to help preserve coral reefs.
Prices start at US$25 for onesies for babies and toddlers, up to US$28 for children’s tees. Check out the range on two separate Etsy shops – Bora Bora Baby and Earthnoodles. Shipping to Australia is available.
