Have you ever wondered – out of the hundreds and hundreds of posts we write a year – what would make the cut of our absolute favourites? Wonder no longer – here is an insight into the Babyology team’s favourite posts from the past twelve months.
The task of choosing just one post as a favourite is incredibly difficult. We cover such a huge range of topics, from designer finds to the latest research into childhood and parenting issues. From the light-hearted to hard news, we all have that one post that we keep going back to.
For senior writer Nikki, it has to be her son Will’s knights and dragons birthday party. Nikki is Babyology’s resident party princess, so it’s only fitting that her own children’s parties are always amazing.
Writer Katrina is a children’s book worm, dabbling in Sunday Arts posts is her passion so a book of course is the highlight of her year of writing. Cozy Classics introduces some of literature’s finest works to babies and children through clever board books.
Leah’s love of hanging cradles was highlighted in her favourite post, which she penned about this amazing cradle from Woodly.
Lexi is a self-confessed hoarder of wrapping, stationery and the like, so her post on Knot & Bow and its incredible collection of all things paper and crafty was right at the top of her list.
Babyology traffic manager Sally went with a transport theme for her favourite post, she loved the Cozy Coupe DIY Minnie Mouse makeover.
Production co-ordinator Anjee adored the convertible and clever Doona – even though her children are past this stage, it still gets her official favourite post tick.
Sales manager Renita loved the post on stylish bunk beds. They fondly made her recall the childhood DIY disaster when her dad put her and her sister’s beds on top of each other and screwed them together.
Production and community manager Treena couldn’t resist choosing our post of Qualia as her favourite – now who wouldn’t love staring at that view?
Babyology’s senior sales manager Amy was super impressed with our post on 10 things parents should know about car safety. It’s incredibly important information and a post which is a must to bookmark.
Finally, we come to my favourite post, and it’s without hesitation that I choose my post on Skipping Girl. I adore their bags, get constant compliments on mine, and of course there is nothing like writing about great, Australian companies creating impressive products. So they’re our favourite posts from the past 12 months, let us know yours below.
