Is there a way to find a healthy balance between work, family and ‘me time’? Jaye Hoelscher, the program manager at the gorgeous Golden Door Health Retreat and Spa Elysia, is joining Babyology for a live chat about taking time out to care for yourself.
If you’re a busy parent, this is one live chat session you won’t want to miss.
I’m the first to admit I struggle to keep everything in order. After work, kids and family time, it’s usually ‘me time’ that gets pushed out the door (oh, and housework).
Jaye not only understands this struggle, but hears about it at Golden Door on a daily basis. In fact, she’s made it her professional goal to coach women to take care of themselves – mentally, spiritually and physically to be the best they can be.
On 11 September at 8pm, Jaye is bringing her years of experience as a Wellness Coach, her compassion, optimism and fun-loving nature to our live chat to help us all find a new lease on life and a balance of mind, body and spirit.
The purpose of our live chat is to give some support to mums who feel under the pump. Jaye will provide tips on easy ways to reach goals that are important to you, whether that’s managing weight loss, achieving mindfulness, working exercise into your routine, or even preparing healthy snacks on the go. Most importantly, she aims to help all mums find a way to alleviate the mummy guilt and introduce some guidelines on self-care.
We’ll be hosting the live chat on our Facebook page on 11 September from 8pm to 8:45pm, and you can sign up here to make sure you don’t miss out. We really hope you can join us, whether you have questions for Jaye or are just interested in some tips to finding a better work/life/family balance.
In the meantime, learn more about Jaye and the programs on offer at Golden Door through the Golden Door Facebook page.
