Babyology Exclusive – it’s Mister Mista Series 03!

Mister Mista

Going against the grain is what Mister Mista does best with its very cheeky, slightly irreverent and always cool tees. Now it’s gone a step further with six brand spanking new Rare-i-tees ($39.95 each) and a range of artifacts that will have hip boys all over the world clamouring for them. Not only can kiddos be clothed in groovy limited edition tees, their rooms can have more hipster cred than ever before.

Mister Mista regularly teams up with one of our fave wall decal companies, Chocovenyl, and Series 03 will knock his little socks off with designs such The Modsters (with a name like that you just know you have to have it!), The Lebowski’s and Three Pigs and One DJ. I’m also loving the great clock decal – the mechanism actually works! The decals range in price from $32 to $165 and are made from Chocovenyl’s famous repositionable paper-fabric. Even the height charts ($79.95) are decals!

And here we have three awesome fine art giclée prints, all new releases and never seen in public until now. I’m really digging the Three Blind Mice print and knowing that they’re limited to just one hundred of each design ups the desirability stakes even more.

They’re larger than the standard prints and are designed to fit into an Ikea Ribba 50 x 70cm frame. Made with archival paper and inks, they’re signed and numbered and come with a certificate of authenticity. At just $79.95 each, they’re an absolute art bargain!

So now my heart is pumping and I’m having thoughts of hijacking the Mister Mista stall at the Kids InStyle show in Melbourne next month. I can hardly wait to meet this uber-talented team and we’ll be sure to come say a big gushy “Hiiiii” But what I’ll really be wanting to suss are the Spooky Eggs.

I’ve already hatched two goblins of my own so I might go for the dragon, the bat or the troll but definitely not the spider. Just what are these curious things for only $5? I used to get the same fluttery feeling looking at those sea monkeys on the backs of the American comics, which of course I could never have. I’ll find out very soon!
