Parents of twins generally have a set idea about dressing them. Some love their twins in identical clothes, others find this a little twee and make a point of dressing them in quite different outfits. Some parents choose a middle ground and dress them differently but the same with co-ordinating colours and styles. Whatever fashion decision you make, there is a huge range of very cute and funny t-shirts for twins. Here’s our pick of the bunch for twice as much t-shirt fun.
Even though multiple births are on the rise, twins are fascinating and generally prompt a number of questions from strangers. Answer one of those questions with different combinations of tees or onesies for boys, girls, identical and non-identical twins from Huddy Buddy at US$43 a set.
I have friends that are identical twins. Even though they are in their thirties, they still get people asking who is older! I’m not sure why a couple of minutes matter at our age, but then again, I’m not a twin and I’m fairly certain those few minutes of being ‘older’ were exercised at every opportunity when they were kids. So to make the point, check out the Who Came First tees or the 1 of 2, 2 of 2 sets from Baby’s Language at US$36 the set.
There is also the ‘First and Runner Up’ onesies from Australia’s Think Twins store at $47.95 and for Dr Seuss fans, ‘Thing 1 and Thing 2’ tees at $39.90 a pair. For parents who are going for the ‘same but different’ look, there are lots of very cute and some very funny t-shirt sets for twins. Think Twins have a gorgeous range including bacon and egg designs, cookies and milk or salt and pepper and are priced at $48 a pair.
Also on the food theme is the very sweet Peanut Butter and Jelly set from Traci with Ani Design, US$48.60 pair.
I like the tees that have something to say. Check out the ‘Copy/ Paste’ set ‘LO/ VE’ and ‘TW /IN’ sets at Baby’s Language for US$36, the ‘SN/ AP’ set from UK’s No Added Sugar or the ‘Stop Copying Me’ set from Think Twins.
