Super Petit – stylish children’s tableware from France

We at Babyology love to keep you ahead of the curve by delivering the latest in stylish children’s design. Super Petit is a fun French brand that launched in July 2015 and their first collection of kids tableware is just divine. Come take a look.

The first Super Petit collection uses a very on-trend palette that mixes soft turquoise, pink, and coral with bold navy blue and a zesty lemon yellow. The imagery is simple, modern, and lots of fun. There are two main themes across the collection: superhero for boys and princess for girls.

Pictures of robots, superhero icons, squirrels, castles, and diamonds adorn the dishes. The isothermal drink bottles come with a soft silicone band that can help with grip or slide off for a fun bracelet. They also make insulated fabric lunch bags and pouches that can be used for snacks, or just for keeping kiddy treasures.

My favourite Super Petit item has to be the silicone table mats designed for colouring. They come with a set of non-toxic markers that are also erasable so the kids can re-colour with different combinations at every meal. Love encouraging those little creatives.

Super Petit products are made from silicone that is 100 per cent recyclable and durable. Check out their online shop for prices and shipping information (prices were not available at time of writing). Super Petit do not yet have any Australian stockists, but we will let you know as soon as this sleek supper-ware becomes available down under.

Kate was a regular of Melbourne’s music and film scenes, but these days she is on the mum scene. Mother to one adorable little hipster, Kate loves seeking out the latest trends in technology, vintage-style kids clothing, and offbeat kids products. She is often found riding her bike by the Yarra river with baby on back, heading for a good soy latte at the latest kid-friendly cafe. She wants to get there before it becomes cool. So Melbourne.
