Build me a rainbow – of fruit!

Stuck for a healthy party food idea or find your own kids losing interest in their fruit?

Try a platter of fruit, rainbow style as seen above, the kids will love it. You can add watermelon, banana, pineapple, anything you like to make your rainbow. Served in bite-sized pieces like this, you might be surprised how popular a party food fruit can be! Or go the whole rainbow hog for your next celebration and serve it with a rainbow cake and rainbow jelly.

Of course the fruit rainbow isn’t limited to kids parties, you could break one out at your next barbecue or playgroup. It’s a fun and different way to present fruit after all. Maybe little fruit fusspots will be distracted by how pretty it is and forget that it’s fruit!
