“Many raw vegetables are too bitter for a toddler’s tiny palette and need to be mixed with something to make them more palatable. I recommend pairing broccoli with something like a light cheese sauce or carrot sticks with a peanut butter dip and serving it at the beginning of the meal when your kiddo is most hungry.”
