A mum has taken to Reddit pleading for ways to get her two year old to eat his veggies. He was “great about eating vegetables when he was a baby, but gradually has started refusing all of them,” she explains.

2. Exposure therapy
“Involve him in cooking and, if possible, growing something … It takes many, many exposures for little ones to get used to things. So just keep exposing, keep trying new variations and keep asking that he eat the same things as the rest of the family. We insist they keep trying little bites because our taste buds grow up like the rest of us and frame it as ‘let’s see if your taste buds are grown up enough yet!’ “
