What to do when kids start saying they’re fat

According to the annual Mission Australia Youth Survey, body image is one of the top four personal concerns for young people today.

You may think that young children are immune to concerns about body image, but many aren’t.

So what do you do when your child starts referring to themselves as thin or fat?
