Social Media Manager Application Form

Babyology is looking for a Social Media Manager to be responsible for all social media channels

If you are looking for a part-time (20 hours/week) work-from-home role with Australia’s largest community of mums online, we’d love to hear from you. With over 360,000 people across social media, we are Australia’s most engaged community in Australia.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Growing the size and engagement of Babyology’s social communities (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram) and others

  • Keeping up to date with industry best practice

  • Generating ideas for sharable social content

  • Monitoring and engaging with social media communities

  • Monitoring and responding to social media metrics


  • At least 2 years professional social media experience

  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook and at least one other of Pinterest,Twitter or Instagram

  • Mid-level knowlege of the other two.

Key skills:

  • Good sense of humour

  • Good general and current affairs knowledge

  • Good knowledge of social media trends and best practices

  • Knowledge and interest in methods of creating sharable content and driving engagement

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Interpersonal skills

  • Creativity

  • Organisation

  • Self-motivation
