The following terms and conditions apply to all live chats booked with Babyology:

  • There should be limited product/brand promotion throughout the comments, unless a question is directly relating to a product/service.
  • Babyology will make contact by phone 1/2 hour prior to event to discuss how the event is managed.
  • Babyology & representative to stay in contact during the live event.
  • Be positive/upbeat/personable.
  • Representative should be a confident typer and have a good internet connection.
  • Confirmation on what/whose Facebook page will be commenting as.  Is this the personal profile of the representative or the brand page ?  Recommendation would be the personal profile of the representative
  • Use the brand/company name sparingly, unless a question is directly relating to their products
  • Creative is due six weeks before the live date. Penalties apply for late delivery, and may result in a change of date or additional fees. See terms and conditions for details.
