15 common breastfeeding problems and how to solve them

Here are some of the vexing problems that came up again and again – and Lynne’s excellent troubleshooting suggestions. We hope they make your breastfeeding experience a little easier.
3. My baby snack-feeds twice or three times in an hour at certain times of day, and I’m exhausted, what can I do?
This often happens in the late afternoon/evening, when milk supply is lower, but fat content is higher.
It’s very normal that babies want to snack feed at this time of day. Try getting into bed and surrendering to this need to feed.
Snooze and cruise when this happens and try and use this as your down time. Have a snack and a drink, maybe a little Netflix?!
