Sterilise baby bottles, feeding gear and accessories the easy way with Milton

For such little beings, babies need a heap of stuff. In particular, when it comes to feeding. Bottles, teats, dummies, breastmilk expressing equipment – and it all needs to be sterilised. After every single use. But there’s no need to constantly have a pot of boiling water on the go – in fact, using these clever methods, you only need cold water and 15 minutes of time.

A baby is such a vulnerable creature – with an immune system that needs time to develop over the first 12 months of life. That’s why the seemingly endless chore of sterilising baby accessories is so important. And it’s actually super easy to do, if you employ this time-honoured method.

For almost 100 years, Milton has been creating some of the most effective and efficient ways to sterilise baby accessories. Milton Anti-bacterial Tablets and Anti-bacterial Solution can be used to disinfect and sanitise bottles, toys, dummies, breast pump equipment – and it’s a cinch. If you’ve never actually seen Milton products in action – here’s a quick look at how easy it actually is:

Using the Milton Anti-bacterial sterilising, non-toxic fluid, you can have baby accessories disinfected in 15 minutes. The fluid is clinically proven to kill 99.9 per cent of germs including E. Coli and Staphylococcus, viruses, fungi and spores.

The Milton Method is really simple, and only needs cold water and two tablets, or two and a half capfuls, to make four litres of antibacterial solution. Just rinse the accessories in warm soapy water, pop them in the Milton solution and leave them for 15 minutes. They can then be removed, and are ready to use, without needing to rinse. Best of all – that same solution can be used again and again for up to 24 hours.
