We all love a nice calming massage, our babies included. Baby massage has a host of benefits and here is free resource (yes, you did read that correctly, FREE) to get you and your baby enjoying all the benefits that baby massage has to offer. When my eldest was a baby, I remember being told that baby massage was good for babies, but I wasn’t 100 per cent sure if I was ‘doing it right’. There was information in books, sure, but what I really needed was video instructions.

Here is a preview of the Baby Massage video. Libby lives in Sydney with her husband, three children (plus one on the way) and dog. In a former life, she was a high school English and history teacher who loved going out for breakfast and spending holidays reading book after book. These days, Libby spends her time kid-wrangling, catching quiet moments with a coffee, trying to avoid taking the kids to the shops and, when time allows, getting lost in a good book or a spot of crochet.
