3. First things first
As a rough guide, for each six months of life, a baby will get four new teeth. The bottom baby teeth usually emerge before the top ones.
Tucked into those gums ready to emerge at the right time are four central incisors, four lateral incisors, four first molars, four second molars and four canine molars.
