The anaPad, a creative tablet aimed at getting kids back in tune with analogue learning, has had a second coming.

We introduced you to the wooden wonder that is the anaPad last year, and many Babyologists were suitably impressed with the simple philosophy behind the toy. The anaPad 2 has just been launched, and it’s had a facelift. Take a look at the video below to see how it works.
The magnetic whiteboard is housed in a white acrylic frame in the anaPad 2 – but still has a wooden back. It comes with three-dimensional magnetic “apps”, which can be used to form a geometric puzzle. The anaPad 2 comes in three versions – each containing a different amount of app boxes. The price for the anaPad 2 ranges from US$40 to US$70 plus postage, and it’s recommended for children older than three years.
