Is it just my kids or do all children treat the fridge as an entertainment centre? I don’t mean what’s in it, I mean what’s on it. Well, this spectacular toy will have them standing mesmerised in front of the fridge for ages.

The Plama Marble Run 2D, designed by Swiss design studio Bernhard Burkard, is a simple set of magnetic shapes that can create hundreds of different marble paths. Apart from having to think creatively and logically when building your marble run, the Plama Marble Run 2D is lovely to look at.

The Plama Marble Run 2D is a limited edition toy – it is available directly from Bernhard Burkard for CHF128 (approximately $134 ) and it can be shipped internationally.
