I’ve loved the Canadian-designed HiLo Highchair ever since first seeing it way back in 2008 so I’m excited to let you know this gorgeous and very functional piece of furniture has finally arrived in Australia.
I was fortunate enough to see the Belkiz Feedaway chair during it’s earlier phases on the ABC New Inventors television programme. At that time I thought what a genius idea this was, so it’s a great delight to announce that Feedaway will be launching and be available for purchase from mid December! Just in time … [Read more.]
It’s the latest baby-to-teen chair to hit the market, riding the crest of the furniture revolution that sees parents buy just once. It’s Mutsy’s Easygrow Next highchair, in use from the time baby can sit unaided, right through to the end of primary school!
When I was in Las Vegas at ABC earlier this year, a favourite highchair was the limited edition Bloom fresco fiamma.
This was one of the most exciting product launches at the show last week, the unveiling of the new HandySitt high chair!
Forgive me if I ramble about this product, but I am already a huge fan of the Handysitt. I have wanted it to launch for a while now and it’s finally here!

If you want to choose a highchair that’s a little funkier than the norm, check out the bold pear and tomato prints on the 3sixti from Cosatto.
While most designer chairs are plain, the Cosatto 3sixti looks good enough to eat… and eat in. It makes perfect sense that a patterned highchair should have a food … [Read more.]
OK, we know the whole point to Stokke’s best-selling Tripp Trapp highchair is that it can be pulled up close to the dining table thus eliminating the need for a tray. With names like ‘Moonlander’ and ‘Zzapper’ you immediately understand the inspiration behind the designs. Moonlander, with its tentacle-like legs, … [Read more.]
This super-cool
Child Child Chair

The glossy white finish and smooth clean lines of the Mother/Child
table give it an obvious style that no mass-produced highchair
emblazoned with cartoon characters can match. And it’s clearly … [Read more.]
Every so often you come across a designer’s collection that is so beautiful, so perfect in every sense, that it seems to have been designed just for you. This is how I felt as I delved through the images of the sublime new Sebra nursery collection.
It’s difficult to know where to begin when everything in … [Read more.]
This is the new Spoling highchair from Ikea. I quite like it – it can be folded away and stored very easily. At a cost of US$39.99 it will compete with the very popular Antilop.
This is not available in Australia yet but we’ll let you know when it is.
