One of Mo Willems’ best loved characters, Pigeon, is back… And he’s not happy!
It’s the fifth book of Mo Willems best-selling Pigeon series, The Duckling Gets a Cookie?!. and Pigeon is his usual loud, whining and persuasive self – that’s what we’ve grown to love!
When well-mannered Duckling asks nicely for a cookie and gets it, Pigeon has one his of fabulous, over-the-top tantrums. Outraged, he yells – “I ask for things ALL THE TIME! I ask to drive the bus! I ask for hot dog parties!…But do I get what I ask for? Nooooooooooooooooo!”
Given that Willems’ illustrations are simple, it’s remarkable that the characters are so expressive – Pigeon’s facial expressions and his tantrum are hilarious and will be enjoyed by kids as young as two years old.

Can’t wait to get this book! We have the four other books and our kids absolutely love them. They even copy the illustrations and make up their own Pigeon stories. Off the wall kiddy humour at its best!
