Chrissy Teigen’s flagging under the pressure of pregnancy number two and when we look at her life, we can’t say we blame her!

Next-level pregnancy

In New York with husband, singer John Legend, for City Harvest’s 35th Anniversary Gala, the Lip Sync Battle host said round two came with some extra (two-year-old) challenges.

“You realize your second pregnancy is harder because you have a kid already,” Chrissy told E News.

“You have to divide your energy between raising a kid and and carrying one as well,” John elaborated.

Chrissy had just come under fire from a Twitter user for flying to New York during her pregnancy, but thank goodness she did because a) she knows what’s best for her and b) two dinners with Chrissy and John were auctioned off for $1.1 million EACH for the charity.

“No more please”

Chrissy admitted that pregnancy was not the only thing exhausting her at the moment. The relentless chatter on Twitter, on everything from Real Housewives racism to Kanye West’s apparent pro-Trump stance, and constant urging for her to join in, has run her a little ragged.

“So many years have been packed into this week. No more please, brain hurts,” Chrissy pleaded in one tweet.

“Everyone keeps asking me to comment on shit. Comment on psycho Tami Lasagna, whom I refuse to give the joy to, say something about RHOA, speak up about kanye. When it comes to people we know, we DO speak up. To THEM. Not on Twitter. And sometimes, I guess it makes it to Twitter,” she posted, understandably antsy.

Earlier she explained she truly was kind of fed up and over all the drama (and over fancy Instagram food and over media beat-ups): “Sorry I’m so testy I’m very pregnant and very bored.”

Dinner Friday?

Overnight, Chrissy became (kind of hilariously) embroiled in the current (kind of serious) Kanye West drama, as Kanye posted private text messages John Legend had sent him on Twitter.

In the messages, John respectfully urged Kanye to think more carefully about the political stance he was promoting to his followers. Kanye suggested John was using “a tactic based on fear used to manipulate my free thought” and began posting John’s texts on social media, with accompanying commentary.

Watching on, both men’s wives tried to diffuse the situation with humour.

“Are we still doing dinner Friday or no lol,” Chrissy tweeted at her friend, Kim Kardashian.

“Yes but maybe no phones,” Kim tweeted back.

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are expecting their second child, a baby boy, in June.

The pair are already parents to a little girl, two-year-old Luna, and conceived both their children with the help of IVF treatments.
